Carely is a next-generation telehealth platform designed to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers. The goal was to create a secure, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile app that empowers users to manage their health from anywhere. Patients can book HIPAA-compliant video consultations, access e-prescriptions, and maintain centralized medical records, while doctors can seamlessly manage appointments, monitor patient history, and communicate securely.
Carely was designed with a human-centric approach, balancing the needs of diverse user groups from seniors needing simple navigation to busy professionals who value speed and convenience. Using SwiftUI and MVVM architecture, the app delivers a responsive, offline-capable interface that syncs data in real-time, making healthcare accessible anytime. Thoughtful touches like smooth animations, large tap targets, and role-based layouts enhance usability and reduce friction for all users.
We also prioritized accessibility and inclusivity. Features like customizable font sizes, color contrast adjustments, and guided onboarding ensure that every patient and provider can use the platform effortlessly.
